Below are installed images of the Blowsion One Way Valve. The instructions that come with the kit are great; included is a template to proplerly locate the valve on the rear of the jetski. My valve has done its job, but it leaks. Below are some installation tips that may make your install easier. Its more time consuming than anything.

Installation Tips-

- Remove the engine. It takes 15 minutes to remove the engine from a roundnose and will make the job ten times easier.

- Measure twice, cut once. Using the gray trim ring, locate the engine compartment hole. I found by notching the ring I could get it lower in the hull. Obviously as you can see, the notch I made was a little big.

-While drilling the hole from inside the engine compartment, the holesaw is going to be stopped by a phillips screw where the bulkhead is connected. It must be removed. I used a 1/4" boxed end wrench with a phillips #3 screw driver bit to remove it. Its tough to reach in through the hole, but be patient.

- Poor in the two part foam once the valve is completely installed, screwed into place, and the epoxy has dried. With the engine removed, the jetski is pretty light. I stood it on its tail and leaned it against a wall to poor in the foam. A little goes a long way! I used the foam supplied by blowsion.
